General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "this Agreement") govern the relationship between bajjevip (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the services available through the bajjevip website and any associated mobile-optimised pages (collectively "the Platform").

By accessing the bajjevip Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with any component of the bajjevip service, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and promotional offers.

1.1 Amendments to Terms

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with bajjevip's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms communicated to users at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and bajjevip and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Eligibility and Age Verification

bajjevip is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to all gaming services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional offers, is limited exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. Players must also be 18 years or older to make any deposit, claim any bonus, or place any wager on the Platform.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

bajjevip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. At any point — and particularly before processing a withdrawal request — bajjevip may require a user to submit identity documentation including but not limited to:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in any KYC request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary account restriction until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on bajjevip. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms. If bajjevip identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances will be reviewed, and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided without exception.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

bajjevip is designed and marketed for players in Bangladesh. The Platform does not warrant that its services are appropriate or lawful for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Users accessing the Platform from other regions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. bajjevip reserves the right to restrict access from any geographic region at its sole discretion.

Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming services on bajjevip, users must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information. The registration form requires, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and confirmation that the user is aged 18 or older and accepts these Terms.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including during KYC verification — is accurate, complete, and not misleading. bajjevip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where false, incomplete, or misleading information has been provided, and to retain any funds as permitted by applicable law and these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajjevip login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party. bajjevip will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in account settings
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices
• Notify bajjevip support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

3.3 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your registered account information up to date. If any of your personal details change — including your email address, contact number, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. bajjevip cannot be held responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or verification failures arising from outdated account information.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bajjevip supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market to make deposits and withdrawals as straightforward as possible for players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and all other regions of Bangladesh. All transactions on bajjevip are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payment methods available to individual users may vary based on account verification status and geographic location. bajjevip reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered in another person's name — are strictly prohibited. Discovery of a third-party deposit may result in the immediate suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation. bajjevip does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by the bajjevip finance team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. The standard processing timeframe for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is one to four hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bajjevip account.

• Withdrawals will only be processed after KYC verification is complete
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• bajjevip reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in value or pattern
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full

4.4 Currency and Exchange

bajjevip processes all transactions natively in Bangladeshi Taka. There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladeshi payment methods. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard should be aware that their card issuer may apply international transaction fees if the card is denominated in a currency other than BDT.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

bajjevip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by bajjevip are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where applicable) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility Rules

• A player may only claim each specific welcome or one-time bonus once across the lifetime of their account

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus funds and derived winnings voided, and the account may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Promotional Changes

bajjevip reserves the right to modify, extend, restrict, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players via email or on-Platform notification. Seasonal and limited-time promotions are subject to availability and may not be renewed after their stated expiry date.

Gameplay and Fair Use

7.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

Account Suspension and Closure

bajjevip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to those described in this section. Where an account is closed by bajjevip due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be subject to forfeiture depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by bajjevip

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Chargebacks initiated with a payment provider without first contacting bajjevip support
• Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any form of collusion
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward bajjevip staff or other players
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements mandating account closure

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to permanently close their bajjevip account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at support@bajjevip. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal-eligible balance (i.e., funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's nominated payment method.

8.3 Reinstatement of Accounts

Accounts suspended due to KYC verification delays may be reinstated upon successful completion of the required verification process. Accounts permanently closed due to Terms violations will not normally be eligible for reinstatement. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion programme will not be reinstated until the self-exclusion period has naturally expired and a formal reinstatement request has been reviewed by the bajjevip responsible gaming team.

8.4 Effect of Closure on Data

Upon account closure, bajjevip will retain personal data for the minimum period required by applicable data retention obligations and as described in the bajjevip Privacy Policy. Retention of data does not imply continued active account status and does not entitle a closed account to access Platform services.
